I'm not banking on anything yet! I watched the Sox this weekend on NESN - my daughters boyfriend is a devoute Sox fan. 'Twas sometimes painful. He's taking her to Fenway next weekend vs. Texas for her last birthday as a 20-somthing....box seats by the Pesky pole... What a world.....both y daughters hae been more places than their old man; Hawaii, the Islands, California, etc....and now one goes to Fenway... I've been to Camden, Newark and Paterson..... What a world..... *Please......* No More Trees!!

Anyone else listening to the new Steve Earle cd? It sounds terrific from an acoustics standpoint. I read somewhere he laid down a lot of it in his NYC apartment. The deluxe version of the cd has a bonus disc of the cd recorded with just Steve and his guitar. So when did yuku start producing ads embedded with auto-start audio? argh! Cheers, Fred

Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts	For a second there, I thought yo were going to dust off some Beach Boys! Heard them a lot growing up as my Dad always has on CBS 101FM blasting in the yard on the weekends. Saw them once in the 80's at was once called the Garden States Arts Center....until the corp world took that venue over. I remember John Stamos was drumming for part if not all of the show...was thinking they jumped the shark, but I am sure that happened a long time before that. Still though, to this day, hearing a Beach Boys song brings back warm memories of Summer, not to mention Dad working the yard, always a can of Bud nearby too :-) Fred
